RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be at least 75% full, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom products, or personal care goods that are less than 75% full.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order after acceptance of your return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
